Louis was great! Very attentive and kind. He told us right away of anything unavailable, and made sure to ask us specifics of orders. You can tell he really cared and gave a great experience. 💗drinks were insane and food was delicious! love this location. Would 10000% recommend, no complaints whatsoever :).

Had a nice quiet visit with my fiancé and Mum. Food was lovely, sadly no egg for the cobb salad, not a big issue.

Went today for lunch and with our two little ones (19 months & 6 years old) and Kirsty was our server. Kirsty was so friendly, very engaging with the children as well as us and couldn’t help enough.
We both had the smash burger which was one of the best we’ve had in a very long time! Kids meals were good portions and a good variety of options.
It is pricey however we had kids eat free vouchers which made it much more reasonable for our family.
Would definitely visit again.

The sesame chicken arrived cold and dry. The Jack Daniel sauce is no longer the rich, thick sauce it once was. My plate was a medium burger with small chips for £20 pounds. My 7 year old son ordered twice as the dish was really small £15 plus a very small ice cream £3.50. Massive profit margins to support these chains without charisma or factors that make the difference. Never again.

Visited today for some beverages before my movie at the nearby Odeon. I was served by Daniella who was lovely and swift with her service and was always checking back on me. The cocktails were great and the Purity Session IPA was lovely. I didn't eat on this visit but have eaten at this location many times before and the food is lovely.

Louis was amazing with us and the tables around us! super friendly and helpful! The balloon flowers and swords were a great touch! Food was incredible! I love the sesame chicken!

TGIs has definitely gone downhill since they changed their menu. Service is still good & atmosphere is still good but the menu needs fixing. The food used to be really good & now it seems really limited & I struggle to find much i want to even eat. I know others who have stopped going because the menu isn't great. The food that is prepared is ok though. Not bad, not great. Just ok.

Service is 100%. Staff are attentive and as a mum of 2 young babies, it was nice to see staff interacting with them and making them laugh.
Food, drink and puddings have become quite expensive IMO. £25 for half rack of ribs with some chips, coleslaw and some sweetcorn is excessive. £90 total bill for 2 adults (child ate free and other is a baby who had a few of my chips).
Nevertheless it was a nice treat out, but due to the price, we are not able to do this as often as we would like.
